1. 服务内容
JamPulse 提供鼓节奏播放、节拍调整、循环练习、收藏、保存及音频/MIDI 导出等音乐练习功能。具体功能以您安装的版本为准。
2. 使用规范
您可以将 JamPulse 用于个人练习和合法的音乐创作。您不得反向分发应用内音源、绕过授权限制、破坏服务安全，或将应用用于违反适用法律的活动。
3. 用户生成内容
您自行演奏、保存或导出的作品归您或相应权利人所有。您应确保使用这些内容时不侵犯第三方权利。
4. 软件与知识产权
JamPulse 的界面、程序、品牌和原创内容由运营主体或合法授权方拥有。第三方开源代码和音源适用各自许可，详见许可说明。
5. 服务变更
我们可能为改善稳定性、音色或功能而更新应用。涉及付费、账户、云服务或 AI 的新增服务将另行说明价格、权益和适用条款。
6. 免责声明
我们会努力保持应用可靠，但无法保证在所有设备和使用环境中完全无中断。请自行备份重要的导出文件。

Welcome to JamPulse. By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
JamPulse provides drum-groove playback, tempo controls, loop practice, favorites, saving and audio/MIDI export. Features may vary by version.
2. Acceptable use
You may use JamPulse for personal practice and lawful music creation. You may not redistribute its audio assets, bypass licensing restrictions, compromise service security or use it unlawfully.
3. Your content
Music you perform, save or export remains yours or belongs to its respective rights holder. You are responsible for respecting third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
The JamPulse interface, software, brand and original content belong to the operator or licensors. Third-party software and samples remain subject to their own licenses.
5. Changes
We may update the app to improve stability, sound or features. Paid, account, cloud or AI services will include separate pricing and entitlement details.
6. Disclaimer
We work to keep JamPulse reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted operation on every device. Please back up important exported files.
